Asparagus trichophyllus merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asparagaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Asia barat, Mongolia, hingga China utara. Nama ilmiah Asparagus trichophyllus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alexander Andrejewitsch von Bunge pada tahun 1833.
