Asphodelus albus subsp. carpetanus merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asphodelaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Spanyol barat-tengah dan tengah. Nama ilmiah Asphodelus albus subsp. carpetanus pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1994.
