Asphodelus macrocarpus var. arrondeaui adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asphodelaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Prancis barat hingga Portugal utara. Nama ilmiah Asphodelus macrocarpus var. arrondeaui pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1996.
