Aspilia latissima merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Brazil (Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Paraná), hingga Paraguay. Nama ilmiah Aspilia latissima pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Gustaf Oskar Andersson Malme pada tahun 1899.
