Asplenium trichomanes adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Aspleniaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menempel pada batang pohon lain (epifit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di hampir seluruh dunia. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan maidenhair spleenwort. Nama ilmiah Asplenium trichomanes diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Carolus Linnaeus pada tahun 1753.
