Astelia nivicola adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asteliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Pulau Selatan Selandia Baru. Nama ilmiah Astelia nivicola diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Leonard C. Cockayne pada tahun 1925.
