Aster aitchisonii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Afghanistan hingga Pakistan barat. Nama ilmiah Aster aitchisonii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Pierre Edmond Boissier pada tahun 1888.
