Aster crenatifolius adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Himalaya hingga China bagian tengah dan utara. Nama ilmiah Aster crenatifolius diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Heinrich Raphael Eduard Handel-Mazzetti pada tahun 1936.
