Aster glehnii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Honduras, Kolombia, Peru, hingga Venezuela (Guarico dan Zulia). Nama ilmiah Aster glehnii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Friedrich Carl Fedor Bogdanovich Schmidt pada tahun 1868.
