Aster hayatae merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari South Korea. Nama ilmiah Aster hayatae diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Augustin Abel Hector Léveillé pada tahun 1909.
