Aster menelii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari China (Guizhou tengah). Nama ilmiah Aster menelii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Augustin Abel Hector Léveillé pada tahun 1914.
