Aster rugulosus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Jepang. Nama ilmiah Aster rugulosus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Maximowicz pada tahun 1871.
