Asterogyne ramosa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Arecaceae (suku pinang-pinangan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Venezuela timur laut (Semenanjung de Paria). Nama ilmiah Asterogyne ramosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Harold Emery Moore pada tahun 1968.
