Astilbe macroflora adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Saxifragaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Taiwan tengah. Nama ilmiah Astilbe macroflora diperkenalkan oleh Bunzō Hayata pada tahun 1908.
