Astragalus alopecias adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Iran timur laut hingga Xinjiang dan Afghanistan utara. Nama ilmiah Astragalus alopecias pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Peter Simon von Pallas pada tahun 1800.
