Astragalus alopecuroides merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Spanyol hingga Prancis selatan, Afrika barat laut. Nama ilmiah Astragalus alopecuroides diperkenalkan oleh Carolus Linnaeus pada tahun 1753.
