Astragalus berytheus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Lebanon hingga Israel. Nama ilmiah Astragalus berytheus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Pierre Edmond Boissier pada tahun 1856.
