Astragalus calophyllus merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Türkiye selatan. Nama ilmiah Astragalus calophyllus diperkenalkan oleh Pierre Edmond Boissier pada tahun 1856.
