Astragalus campylotrichus merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Iran hingga Asia tengah dan Pakistan. Nama ilmiah Astragalus campylotrichus diperkenalkan oleh Alexander Andrejewitsch von Bunge pada tahun 1880.
