Astragalus cornutus merupakan tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Bulgaria timur laut hingga Siberia barat dan Türkiye timur. Nama ilmiah Astragalus cornutus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Peter Simon von Pallas pada tahun 1771.
