VIOLET MILKVETCH Astragalusiodopetalus (Rydb.) Greene ex Barneby
Astragalus iodopetalus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Colorado hingga New Mexico. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan violet milkvetch. Nama ilmiah Astragalus iodopetalus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Per Axel Rydberg pada tahun 1947.
