Astragalus legionensis merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Meksiko (Coahuila, Nuevo León). Nama ilmiah Astragalus legionensis diperkenalkan oleh Rupert Charles Barneby pada tahun 1964.
