FRECKLED MILKVETCH Astragaluslentiginosus var. australis Barneby
Astragalus lentiginosus var. australis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Arizona hingga New Mexico dan Meksiko (Chihuahua). Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan freckled milkvetch. Nama ilmiah Astragalus lentiginosus var. australis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Rupert Charles Barneby pada tahun 1945.
