Astragalus pilosior merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Meksiko (Chihuahua barat daya). Nama ilmiah Astragalus pilosior pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Richard Spellenberg pada tahun 2019.
