Astragalus rhizocephalus subsp. hindukushensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Afghanistan timur laut hingga Pakistan barat laut. Nama ilmiah Astragalus rhizocephalus subsp. hindukushensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Per Erland Berg Wendelbo pada tahun 1988.
