Astranthium xanthocomoides merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Meksiko. Nama ilmiah Astranthium xanthocomoides pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Christian Friedrich Lessing pada tahun 1933.
