Astronia gracilis merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Melastomataceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Sulawesi. Nama ilmiah Astronia gracilis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Reinier Cornelis Bakhuizen van den Brink pada tahun 1943.
