Athenaea picta adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Solanaceae (suku terong-terongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil tenggara dan selatan. Nama ilmiah Athenaea picta diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Carl Friedrich Philipp von Martius pada tahun 1846.
