Austrostipa pubescens adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Australia timur. Nama ilmiah Austrostipa pubescens pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Robert Brown pada tahun 1996.
