Avena saxatilis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Sicilia (Pulau Lipari, Marettimo, Limosa). Nama ilmiah Avena saxatilis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Michele Lojacono pada tahun 1978.
