Avicennia schaueriana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Lesser Antilles hingga Uruguay. Nama ilmiah Avicennia schaueriana pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Otto Stapf pada tahun 1939.
