Axinaea fallax adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Melastomataceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Kolombia (Cauca, Chocó, Valle). Nama ilmiah Axinaea fallax diperkenalkan oleh Henry Allan Gleason pada tahun 1946.
