Baccharis glandulifera merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko (Oaxaca, Chiapas), hingga Guatemala. Nama ilmiah Baccharis glandulifera diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Guy L. Nesom pada tahun 1990.
