Baccharis haitiensis merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Hispaniola. Nama ilmiah Baccharis haitiensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Wilhelm Christian August Heering pada tahun 1907.
