Baccharis potrerillana merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Argentina (La Rioja, San Juan). Nama ilmiah Baccharis potrerillana pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Luis Ariza Espinar pada tahun 2019.
