Baccharis pycnantha adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Chili (Atacama). Nama ilmiah Baccharis pycnantha pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Rodolfo Amando Philippi pada tahun 1894.
