Bacopa oxycalyx merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Plantaginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Rep. Dominika. Nama ilmiah Bacopa oxycalyx diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Henri Alain Liogier pada tahun 1968.
