Balanops microstachya merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Balanopaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kaledonia Baru utara. Nama ilmiah Balanops microstachya pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Henri Ernest Baillon pada tahun 1872.
