Banksia victoriae merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Proteaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Australia Barat bagian barat daya. Nama ilmiah Banksia victoriae diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Carl Daniel Friedrich Meissner pada tahun 1855.
