Barbacenia celiae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Velloziaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Venezuela selatan (Cedrro Yaví) hingga Brazil (Roraima). Nama ilmiah Barbacenia celiae diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Bassett Maguire pada tahun 1969.
