Barbacenia rogieri merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Velloziaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Espírito Santo, Minas Gerais timur laut, Rio de Janeiro). Nama ilmiah Barbacenia rogieri diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Thomas Moore pada tahun 1850.
