Barkeria palmeri adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Meksiko barat (Colima, Jalisco, Nayarit, Sinaloa). Nama ilmiah Barkeria palmeri diperkenalkan oleh Robert Allen Rolfe pada tahun 1918.
