Baroniella effusa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Apocynaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Madagaskar. Nama ilmiah Baroniella effusa diperkenalkan oleh Jens Klackenberg pada tahun 2019.
