Barthea barthei adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Melastomataceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari China tenggara, Vietnam Utara, hingga Taiwan. Nama ilmiah Barthea barthei pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Henry Fletcher Hance pada tahun 1893.
