Bauhinia acreana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Peru hingga Bolivia dan Brazil. Nama ilmiah Bauhinia acreana diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Hermann Harms pada tahun 1915.
