Bauhinia campestris adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil barat-tengah. Nama ilmiah Bauhinia campestris pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Gustaf Oskar Andersson Malme pada tahun 1905.
