Baynesia lophophora adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Apocynaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Namibia barat laut. Nama ilmiah Baynesia lophophora pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Peter Vincent Bruyns pada tahun 2000.
