Beckmannia eruciformis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Eropa timur-tengah hingga Rusia Timur Jauh dan Iran. Nama ilmiah Beckmannia eruciformis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Nicolaus Thomas Host pada tahun 1805.
