Begonia aenea adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Begoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Assam. Nama ilmiah Begonia aenea diperkenalkan oleh Jean Jules Linden pada tahun 1871.
