Begonia brachypoda merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Begoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Hispaniola. Nama ilmiah Begonia brachypoda pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Otto Eugen Schulz pada tahun 1911.
